The good thing about this model SAAB is every bulb can be replaced in this car.
The other good thing is that they are all pretty easy to change.
The only bad thing is that the bulbs are expensive!
Some of these bulbs can be bought online and others must be bought at the dealer.

Be careful with the screwdriver! You can easily scratch and dent the wood dash.
Hazard, TCS and Foglight Switch
Pull out the switch using a small screwdriver. Pull up on 1
corner and hold it with your finger and then pull up on the opposite corner.
Unplug the switch from the harness. Use a small screw driver and give the bulb a
1/2 turn counter-clockwise and remove the bulb. Insert the new bulb, give it a
1/2 turn clockwise, and put the switch back in the socket.
Window Switches
Pull out the entire window switch using a small screwdriver.
Pull up from the center and gently pull the entire unit from the console.
Unplug the switch from the harness. Use a small screw driver and give the bulb a
1/2 turn counter-clockwise and remove the bulb. Insert the new bulb, give it a
1/2 turn clockwise, and put the switch back in the socket.
Seat Heater, Seat Fan, Headlight Alignment Switches
These all use the same bulbs and there are 2 bulbs per
switch. One for the numbers and one for the rotary knob.
There are two ways you can remove the switches.
The easiest way is to pull out the little cubby right below the switches. Use a small screwdriver and lift it up in the center.
Once the tab is released, the whole thing pulls right out.
You can also pull out the switch using a small screwdriver. Pull out 1 side and hold it with your finger and then pull on the opposite corner. In
some cases, it might be easier to remove the blank next to switch.
Remove the white shield by pulling it up. There is 1 bulb on
each side of the switch. Use a small screw driver and give the bulb a 1/2 turn
counter-clockwise and remove the bulb. Insert the new bulb, give it a 1/2 turn
clockwise. Do this for both bulbs, replace the light shield, and put the switch
back in the socket.
Headlight Switch
The headlight switch has two bulbs. Pull out the switch using
a small screwdriver. Pull out 1 side and hold it with your finger and then pull
on the opposite corner.
Unplug the switch by pulling up on the red tab.
Use a small screw driver and give the bulb a 1/2 turn
counter-clockwise and remove the bulb. Insert the new bulb, give it a 1/2 turn
clockwise. Do this for both bulbs. Reconnect the plug and put the switch back in
the socket.
